TRY TO COVER UP THE TRAIL OF DECEIT
Vampire Abilities. Azazel possesses all of the strengths of vampires, including superhuman strength, durability, senses, reflexes, healing and immortality.
Seduction. Azazel has the power to lure one in through his mystical and hypnotic eyes, and seduce them. This is also strengthened by his "tall, dark and handsome" portrayal and the mystery about him.
Knows the Human Mind. Azazel has studied humans for a long duration of his extended life, and has begun to understood the way their mind works, how it can be controlled, and even destroyed.
Experience. Being around for centuries generally does this to a person, granting him a wise mind, as well as incredible fighting experience and techniques.
Versitile Being around for so long, Azazel has learned many
different techniques of fighting, from all around the world. Many of them would be extinct within the world today.
Patient and Precise. Patience is a virtue, as says Azazel. Patience leads to desired outcomes, and rushing into things is stupid and spontaneous, both which lead to nothing but ill mistakes and failure.
Opportunist. When a moment or opportunity is presented to Azazel, he won't hesitate to take advantage of it.
Adapatable He has been around for centuries, therefore different lifestyles, and is able to change his strategies and lifestyles quickly to fit right in.
Knowledge of Language. Once again, being around for so long and in so many different continents has granted Azazel the proficiency to speak, write and understand many different languages.
WEAKNESSES
Common Weaknesses of Vampires. Despite being an experienced vampire, Azazel still possesses all the weaknesses associated with them. This includes sunlight, crosses, fire, wooden objects.
Underestimation. Because he thinks so highly of himself, Azazel will commonly underestimate his foes, or keep them at an extremely low level in comparison to himself. This could lead to surprises, which he doesn't appreciate.
Craving for Power. This goal will sometimes get in his way, leading to anger or frustration, and even impatience, leading to mistakes. He will do whatever it takes to achieve power.
Slayers. Although he has killed a few in his time, he knows deep down that they pose a significant threat to himself and his kind, and that they can take him to the limit. That is a risky zone for him to be in.

Look down at the body
YOU MAY SEE NO TRACE OF WOUNDS
Azazel fits into the build of the typical 'tall, dark and handsome' vampire stereotype. His mid length-ed black hair compliments his crystal-like green eyes very well. His hair could be referred to as a 'messy' style, which he was grown quite accustomed to. His eyes are said to be almost hypnotic in their gaze, with not much emotion shown through them. His skin is pore less, which has remained clear over the centuries he has lived.
Azazel is tall and muscular, where he was kept fit from becoming a vampire, and the constant fights he has been involved with over the course of his life. He has a seductive smirk which could draw in even the strongest of mind. Azazel is usually seen in dark clothes, such as black jeans and a black jacket or shirt. He does like white shirts as well though. He has a ring on his right hand, though it is unknown what the history behind this ring is.
PERSONALITY
Seduction is Azazel's strong point. Simple words, phrases or movements can be used by Azazel to seduce another. Not only does he seduce others through sexual or romantic desires, but he also seduces others for their craving of power. Azazel was a natural in the art of seduction since he was born, it was only over the centuries he has lived that he has developed a more stronger ability of this, able to manipulate or seduce even the strongest of minds. He enjoys this ability very much, enjoying the ability to manipulate another's mind into what he wishes to shape it into. He enjoys having complete dominance or control over people.
Confidence in not only himself, but his abilities. He knows he is the best fighter in the universe, and will not back down by the threats of another due to this. He has lived long enough to build up an array of confidence inside him. He has confidence that he can influence anyone to do his wishing, no matter who powerful they may be. They will not be more powerful than him, he believes. 'Without confidence....There is no power.'
Sly is one of Azazel's main aspects. He is not the outgoing type of vampire, instead choosing to remain quiet and strike at the appropriate time. He is usually soft in his words, and will not say much around others...At least until he has them under his thrall. One of his main believes is 'words are more powerful than movements on the mind,' he still believes it essential to remain quiet and sly in his deliberations. For this reason, very few people will ever know his true feelings or emotions. He does bottle things up inside.
Patience is a virtue, according to Azazel. There is nothing worse than rushing into something, and it doesn't turn out how originally planned. Azazel is the type to chill back and plot the best possible way to get the most out of a situation. He will not walk into battle only wanting 'some', he will walk into battle wanting it all. 'The patient ones in life will always get their desired outcome in the end, as they have thought thinks out clearly and decisvely.'
Determination is something Azazel thrives on. Not only is Azazel determined to stick with what he started, because it usually interests him, but he also thrives on the determination of others. He likes seeing the strong will of others...It interests him dearly. Although he will never see someone as more worthy than him, he does enjoy such an emotion in humans and other creatures. But none are more determined than him in the end.
LIKES
Blood. There is nothing more exquisite in the world. It also ensures his survival, enough said?
Dominating others is something Azazel enjoys, as it shows that he is the superior being/
Lust, although he sees as a sign of weaknesses, is something he does enjoy from time to time. Even vampires need to get some.
Slayers, which although could lead to his downfall, provide for competition and are usually more exciting.
Draining blood, especially of slayers. He personally knows that the blood of a slayer is the most enticing of them all.
Determined people. They are so weak inside, and he enjoys watching them fail.
Siring a strong person. Nothing beats the feeling of siring someone who poses a threat or is seen to be someone strong and empowering.
Good fashion. He was raised in a era where this was essential, though it appears to be lost in the world today.
Watching others, as it helps him learn and understand more about humans and the word. Yeah, his a bit of a stalker.
DISLIKES
Loud people. He does enjoy his silence and serenity.
Animal blood. This is the most vile and disgusting thing in existence...It sickens him that his kind lower themselves to this in desperation.
Emotional pain. A huge weakness, something which confuses him as to why it affects humans so much.
Failure. He cannot stand failing, or his plots going wrong or showing signs of mistakes.
Stakes. Not the most pleasant things to have sticking in your chest. Its just as bad when they miss.
En souled vampires. No need to even go on...

not a drop of blood is drawn

Azazel grew up in a small country town in North France, as an only child. As he grew up, he developed as a shy and reserved young man. He was usually found working on the farms all day. His family were within middle class, but for some reason, he enjoyed working in the countryside. The fresh air and freedom enlightened him. He did attend school, and was quite academic, and did enjoy attending school and learning about other people and the world around him. He was very interested in learning from a very young age...Which still carries with him today.
His mother was very sick and died when he was only a child. From there on, his father taught him tough love, and he was forced to work hard to survive. His mother never taught him the value of love, and he was forced to learn this for himself later on in life. His father was very strict, believing he should continue to work on the farms, rather than getting a good education. Dante agreed to this, respecting his father's wishes, though began rebelling against them. Behind his father's back, he attended school, but worked harder to get all the farm work done. He realized when he left school how much he needed to go back and learn.
His father however found out about how he went against him, and became furious with Azazel. He called him worthless, and many other insulting things. Dante began to hate his father even more, now beginning to stand up to him finally after all these years of silence and fear. This led to his father beating him, and throwing him on the streets with the rats. No one would help him, and he was forced to find shelter and food all by himself. He was no longer able to pay for schooling, due to having no more money, which disappointed him greatly. Not even the school would help him now, as he was seen by the town as an 'outcast,' which was greatly influenced upon by his father.
It was living on the streets, where he met a young lady whom he began to find great affection towards. She felt sympathy for the sixteen year old, bringing him home, where her family cared for him. They were rich, and helped him greatly. The two were to be married, but he needed to do one last thing before that night. He took his lover back to his town, where he saw his father for the first time in many months. He wanted to impress his father, and show that he was a man and knew what he was doing. But his father didn't care. He was now with another woman and never wanted to see his son again. He believed he no longer had a son.
Azazel, hearing this, felt disheartened. He needed to be alone, walking around a park just outside of town at night. A mysterious man then attacked him. He was extremely fast and strong, and Dante couldn't stop him. Soon Dante's worst fears came true, when the vampire sunk his teeth into his neck. He then woke as a vampire. A creature of the night. He no longer had a soul...A beating heart. He had a thrive for blood...For killing. And he had his first victim in mind. He traveled back to his fathers home, finally having the strength to fight back at his father. He beat him within an inch of his life, before tying him up and torturing him. He killed his father's new wife right in front of his bewildered eyes, then finally killed his father in the most painful way possible. He had finally took the weight he had carried on his shoulders for so many years off of him. He felt accomplished finally. But not before he rampaged the entire town, burning it and all the occupants to the ground for being dishearteningly towards him. He finally had his revenge.
Traveling back to his lover, he decided it was time for them to get married...Still not speaking of how his final encounter with his father went. On the wedding day, he sired his lover, with the entire marriage being a charade. When people finally came to the ceremony, the two brutalized them all, leaving a bloody carcass in the gardens. The two then left the town, starting their own life in a new one. But this only lasted so long, for vampire hunters began tracking them down for the mess they made. And unfortunately, his lover wasn't so lucky, as she was killed. Azazel, feeling more angry than he ever had, killed and tortured them all, before burning down that town also, and leaving France. He could no longer bear such a country.
Now in England, he was forced to learn the language. He had a strong French accent, and was unable to understand, or speak to any other people. Due to his natural academic abilities, it didn't take him long. He tortured the smartest of teachers until he could finally mutter some words, which he ended up perfecting. It was then that he was truly ready for England. He continued his wrath, torturing and brutalizing people and towns, sending his wrath of chaos amongst them. It was here that he encountered his first slayer. Her speed and strength amazed him...Intrigued him. He wanted her more than he had ever wanted someone before. He finally knocked her out cold, still wanting to find more from the experience. He tortured her, gathering all the information she knew about slayers, and their lineage. He finally killed her, leaving the slayer a bloody mess. He had got the information he needed. He wanted to meet more of these slayers...Study them. Then kill them. It was also during this time he sired a young, beautiful woman. He was indeed lonely, and this was the cure to this.
He traveled to Japan with her, where he wanted to learn of a new style of fighting. He wanted to become the greatest fighter in the world, and knew this was the place to do so. He found the most skilled of warriors...Fighting them...Learning from them...Then killing them. By this time, he had much knowledge of their fighting styles, and the use of their weapons. He began carrying a katana around with him, finding much excitement and thrill in cutting up other people. He then met his second slayer, who was a very powerful Japanese warrior. He studied her, then fought her, learning her style, and quickly implementing it into his own. She became his next victim, and second slayer he had killed. But he didn't go empty handed, for he had learnt much from her...More than he could have ever expected.
His third slayer, back in England, was his favorite by far. Firstly, because he decided to stalk her..Learn from her in a new way. He studied her fighting styles, then began messing with her head. He told her she was bad, and evil, and eventually turned her against her family, killing them. It was then he realized the control he was able to have over another's minds, especially someone as powerful as a slayer. She broke down, and was powerless to him. He liked that..He liked having complete dominance, especially over a slayer. He finally killed her, after she begged him too. This was truly satisfying to him. However, vampire hunters became a problem yet again. His girl and him were constantly hunted for the greater part of the eighteenth century.
Upon hearing of a slayer, he quickly went in search of her throughout England, as he heard that was where she was now located. She would be his fourth slayer, and he was anticipating this moment. But he wanted to do something new this time. Something that none had done before. He wanted to sire a slayer. Become a true vampire master. And he would be, very soon. He stalked her, until he finally unveiled himself. She put up a valiant effort, however was defeated in battle, and bitten by him. However before he was able to have her drink his own blood, he was attacked by villagers, and suffered extensive burns and arrow wounds as a result, only managing to escape. He rested, recuperating and once again plotting. His girl took care of him during this time, and helped him get back to full strength.
He wanted to take the world by storm, and was eagerly excited when he found an order known as the Inner Circle, full of the top vampires from around the globe. They were accepted after proving themselves, however just being "there" wasn't good enough. He wanted to rule, as he believed that was what he was born for. He challenged the master to a fight, and after nearly dying as a result, he slayed the vampire and asserted himself into control. This order happened to be located under what is now known as the city of Miami, which is also where a portal is located, which the Inner Circle are deeply looking into, looking to harness its power and influence to take the world by storm.
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
See Azazel as the typical Big Bad, looking to slaughter and take over, with the mysterious portal also playing a huge part in this plan. He'll be there to keep the slayer and her friends on their toes for the season, constantly causing problems. He will be siding with many of the other vampire canons (or possibly originals) to pose a huge threat for the slayer.

Five Years | Zane Evans | Vampire
The night was young for the preying vampire, as he hit in the shadows of the cold and breezy night, watching the redhead make her way out of the house. He had been watching her for a while now. She didn't leave the house much, but he could still see her from time to time. Made it difficult during the day though. A slight smirk pressed his shadowed features. Perfect...The little girl finally decided to go out for the night. As she made her way down the street, he was more than willing to follow after her, ensuring that he wouldn't be noticed or heard. Over the years, stealth had became one of his powerful traits. His presence wouldn't be known until he wanted to be known. And by that time, there was little hope that the person would survive much longer. Dante began to quicken his pace, with his footsteps not even making a sound. Although she wasn't a slayer, he gathered that a witch that could unsire a vampire must be pretty powerful. He liked that...He wanted to test her power...Her limits. Everything. In good time.
She had arrived at an expresso pump...The Java Bolt. This intrigued Dante very much, for it allowed him to understand more about the witch. So she was studying huh? The big book made that pretty obvious. But what was more intriguing than that, was the man she was with. She knew him. He would go as far to say as they were friends. But he was different...He was a vampire. He could smell it on him, even from outside of the expresso pump. But why would a vampire be affiliating with a force of good? Dante glared curiously at the vampire, who had caught his attention more fondly than of the witch. It was the realisation upon what this vamapire actually was, that surfaced a tinge of anger within...But instead, a devlish smirk was placed on his lips. Angelus. The vampire with a soul. Oh how he had heard the tale of this man...He was so well known, it was almost too easy to understand him. It was pathetic really. A vampire helping forces of good...Dante considered it weak, and vile. A disgrace to vampirism.
Placing his black hoody firmly over his jacket, he manuovered himself behind one of the nearby trees, which gave him a good view of the two, whilst retaining his camoulflage. Not even the great Angelus would be able to detect him. He had made it a task over the years to even avoid detection from other vampires...Especially the more powerful ones. Not as powerful as Dante, but may still be able to make him bleed. Another cocky smirked was pressed against his features, as he continued to glance at them speaking. The vampire seemed concerned by what the witch was telling him. Was it about him? He knew the witch would be blabbing about what happened to the sweet and tasty slayer to all that would be willing to hear. And this vampire seemed pretty willing to hear. No suprise there. Dante had heard of him 'helping the helpless' and living on the streets eating rats for many years. Dante proved he was stronger than that...He would never be found living on the street with the rats. Not anymore.
He was eager to meet the young witch though. Although he hated witches and their abilities, this one would be fun to play with. Torture...Draining...Cutting off limbs...These thoughts brought a thrill to the attractive man's eyes. "My pretty witch...Your time will come. And when it does, you will be all mine. Not even your magic will save you from what I have in store for you." He muttered softly, then averted his eyes to the vampire, with a smirk. "And Angelus, oh how I will have fun tearing you apart...Showing you the darkside you belong with. A servant for me...Oh you would enjoy that very much." Dante chuckled softly, before turning, and heading out for a nightly feed. He had nothing more to accomplish by watching these two.
